Marta Sandini
Marta is an Italian chef with a world of experience - her playful approach to food is shaped by her childhood in Italy and deeply influenced by her time spent in China, and  kitchens such as Hiša Franko, Luca and Naughty Piglets

Marta is an instinctive cook, she seeks out flavours that feel familiar but don’t behave the way you expect. 

Ferments, smoke, acidity, fat, she uses whatever creates tension and balance. Sometimes it’s clean, sometimes it’s rough around the edges, she doesn't try to smooth it out.

Tutto Wines
Tutto wines work with artisans who farm without using any chemicals in the vines, and who refuse to manipulate the wines in the cellar. They produce wines that reflect the vineyard’s climate, soil and terrain, speaking of both time and place.

Their goal has always been to remove the distance between the growers and the people who drink their wines.
