Sous Chef

We're looking for a sous chef/ deputy head to join us at LARDO. You will have at least one years experience in a similar position in London, and have excellent English. 
As a kitchen, we make everything we can, in-house - including ricotta and other simple cheeses, breads, ice creams, curing meats and fish and much more. The person for this role would be comfortable in a busy service, be authoritative but not a dictator and be a great teacher for our junior team mates. We would like you to have an understanding of Italian food, but it's not essential - More importantly, we are looking for someone with a real interest in food, not just in cooking - we want someone to bring with them a passionate creative love of cooking simply and seasonally. 

We can offer great salary, reasonable and regular shifts, good creative freedom working with Matt and the owners to develop new ideas and dishes and an attractive bonus scheme, payable quarterly. We are looking for someone that is keen to spend some length of time with us developing the business and reputation.

Chef De Partie/ Pizza Chef

We are looking for a strong, responsible, hard working chef de partie with pizza experience to work in our busy kitchen. 
You will have a flexible rota, excellent opportunities to learn within a highly busy and reputable restaurant.
